The Faith Center

A multi-purpose conference facility that serves up to 300 in theater-style seating and includes two breakout meeting rooms, a conference room, and a 24-hour access fitness center. Moveable walls in breakout rooms provide flexibility. The Faith Center is equipped with a sound system, projectors, WIFI, and screens.

Faith Center Board Room

The Board Room is for smaller groups in need of a conference table and all day comfy chairs. Our Board Room seats sixteen and often serves as the Conference Office during larger meetings.

Efird Lounge

One of our most popular meeting rooms is Efird Lounge. Beautifully rustic and woodsy, graced with two stone fireplaces, hardwood floors, and a covered porch that puts you right in the trees making it a great fit for groups from 25 to 65 participants. Efird Lounge has been utilized by many groups as their main meeting space or as their social gathering room at the end of a busy day. Efird Lounge will accommodate up to 65 theater style or 36 classroom style.

Efird Assembly

A large, carpeted meeting space with a stone fireplace, Efird Assembly has a panel of windows overlooking the covered terrace with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Often used for board meetings, breakout sessions, and keynote addresses, the Assembly Room can serve up to 80 guests.

Mission Hall

Surrounded by windows with views into the woods, Mission Hall also features a stage and is often used for presentations.

Kohnjoy Conference

The conference room at Kohnjoy Inn is the perfect size for a meeting of up to 26 people.

Bischoff Lodge

This lodge features three large gathering spaces with one containing a large double sided stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and stage. Additionally, a light industrial kitchen is contained in the lodge for groups desiring to prepare their own meals. The room with the stage can accommodate up to 100 in theater style. More than 175 people can meet simultaneously in the three rooms.

Thornburg Meeting Rooms

These meeting rooms are great for receptions and late-night gatherings for those staying in Thornburg. Each room also provides an ideal meeting space for groups of up to 30 people.

Lineberger Hall

Natural wood paneling and hardwood floors make Lineberger Hall a great space for groups utilizing exclusive use of the property. The space is air conditioned, heated, and features a large fireplace and PA system.

The Whisnant Chapel

The open-air chapel at Lutheridge is available April through October. It features an elevated stage and sound system, and is often used for large group gatherings.

Kohnjoy Inn

Kohnjoy Inn is the most comfortable and private of all lodging options at Lutheridge. With a sleeping capacity of 32. Kohnjoy has sixteen individual rooms with private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with its own heating and air conditioning unit. Linens are provided. Rocking chairs are situated on the deck for quiet time and a lounge is available for your enjoyment.

Thornburg Hall

Thornburg Hall is a comfortable two-story center that features a combination of private rooms and suites (two rooms share one bathroom). This thirty-five room building can sleep over 60 adults. Most rooms contain a double and single bed. Thornburg Hall is equipped with a handicap accessible suite on the first floor. Linens are provided.

Bacot

A cozy two-story house, Bacot is also a wonderful housing option for small groups wishing for a more secluded, intimate ambiance. This eight-bedroom house is equipped with a full kitchen, two gathering areas, and four bathrooms. The central gathering area upstairs is perfect for small group meetings as well as lounging around the stone fireplace. Five of the bedrooms contain two single beds, two have a double and a single, and the remaining room has one double bed. Linens are provided.

Conveniently located on 160 acres in Arden, NC. Lutheridge includes a vast array of recreational activities, team building and staff-led initiatives.

Staff-led Initiatives

The Lutehridge staff is serious about community building among groups. You’ll be amazed at the creative challenges that our staff uses to get your group working together. These activities are perfect for any size or age group from youth groups to boards and staff wanting to build community and strengthen ties.

Climbing Wall

The Faith Center is equipped with a climbing wall. Pick a level of difficulty as the Lutheridge staff guide you to the top.

Challenge Tower

Lutheridge has a 40’ Challenge Tower. The tower contains a climbing wall, challenge activities, and a zip line dismount. Lutheridge staff will lead your group on this activity designed to build self-esteem and community among your group.

Group Interaction Course

A group interaction course is tucked into the woods with 8 different challenges. Group must work together to accomplish the tasks with a Lutheridge staff helping the groups in processing.

Basketball Court

A full size outdoor court is available for your use.

Hiking

With over 160 acres, interior trails provide a wonderful glimpse of nature and allow for quiet solitude.

The Lake

The lake at Lutheridge provides for serenity as well as catch and release fishing. Canoeing is also available.

Swimming Pool

Lutheridge has certified lifeguards on staff for your swimming enjoyment.

Speakers, Microphones, Flip Charts, Dry erase boards and markers, TVs, DVD players, and LCD projectors can be set up in any space.
